Painful, yes, but it gets the point across.
A sidenote, but I need to get it off my chest: to all the drivers, especially in Provo, stop honking at bikers for your amusement. That's a good way to get us to not ride in the bike lane, hunt down your car, and run into it repeatedly until you die.
